Service Description

Our Dynamic class is your personal challenge and is ideal for Yogis who are seeking a creative and dynamic Vinyasa Flow. We mix strength, flexibilit and balance in a more complex flow with dynamic transitions and powerful asanas. Its a great chance to practice how to synchronize your breath with your movement and to deepen your practive to the next level. We combine Asanas with the teaching of Philisophy, Mantra, Meditiation and Pranayama. Ideally you already have some expereinces in Yoga but as we always leave room for adjustemnet and options, everybody is welcome of course.
