Our Unified class is the perfect allrounder for you. We mix fluent and slow movements so that you feel energized and calm at the same time after the session. The class is hold in a moderate tempo with detailed cueing so that you can explore your body through easy and dynamic strengthening and stretching poses. This class is ideal for you if you just started your Yoga journey but of course everybody is welcome.
